Congratulations on making the decision to invest in your future today.  With today's uncertain market, Innovations Realty Group provides a level of security in allowing you to lock in your fixed expenses for the entire time you're with Innovations Realty Group. 

Joining the company is simple.  Follow the steps below and someone will be in contact with you to approve your paperwork so you get started as soon as possible.

• Click the link below to receive a new agent packet.  You will be required to register. We will need your real estate license number for verification. If you do not provide your real estate license number, we will not be able to send you a packet.
• Once your license has been verified, you will receive a link to download the packet.
• Complete the GREC Change Application and have your current broker sign Section IV.  Your current broker may say they do not need to sign the form; however, without this signed form, we do not know you have been "officially" released from your current company.  We will not be able to add you to the roster without this signed form.
• Complete the following documentation (paperwork subject to change...you will receive the latest packet):
  • New Agent Form
  • Change Application Form
  • Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Exhibit A - Commission Schedule
  • Exhibit B - Errors & Omission Insurance Form
  • ACH or Credit Card Authorization Form
• Once all forms and documents have been completed, fax or email completed documents to Innovations Realty Group. Once we receive your paperwork, we will contact you.
• You will be added to the Company via the GREC website and your credit card will be debited for your first month's payment & any applicable fees. If you would like to pay your monthly fees quarterly or annually, please note that on your New Agent Form.

             You will receive(via email) your company documentation, passwords, accounts, etc after
             everything has been verified, processed, and accepted.

• You must complete the company's orientation session (online).  No commission will be paid until you have completed the company's orientation.  Orientation can be done at your own pace.
