About Innovations Realty Group

Innovations Realty Group is and has been a DEBT FREE COMPANY since 2004.  Our philosophy of using technology and extremely low overhead allows us to present unprecedented opportunities to real estate agents in the Metro Atlanta area. 

The company was started in 2004 as an alternative to the typical real estate company.  At the time, most companies had cookie-cutter services, traditional commission splits for their agents, and offered no variation or options. 

The use of technology was dismal, considering our broker, Angela Mitchell, had almost 25 years of technology experience at that time. 

So Angela decided to start a company that embraced technology as well as provide services based on a client's or agent's criteria.  She realized that every situation in real estate is unique and should be treated in that manner.  The use of technology and low overhead allowed savings to be passed to clients. 

As time has passed, many companies with a similar premise have come and gone.  With Innovations Realty Group's focus on planning and client/agent goals, we will be able to endure any type of market and withstand the tests of time.  We are proud to say that even in this market, Innovations Realty Group is still a DEBT FREE COMPANY!
